Right of withdrawal

If for some reasons you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement, without indicating the reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days. The right of withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day you receive the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us about your intention to withdraw from this agreement, through explicit declaration, that must be sent via mail, fax or email - details can be found in our 'Contact' page. In any case, we will promptly send you a confirmation by email, stating that we have received your intention to withdraw.

When you cancel your purchase we will give you full refund within 30 days upon receipt of returned goods at our premises. You will be liable for the return carriage costs and returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition.
