By using our website and for any on-line orders you make you agree to our standard terms and conditions.

Quotation and price

All prices are correct at the time of production and reviewed on a regular basis. It is our intention to adhere to these prices. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any given time without prior notice. All prices include VAT set at the current prevailing rate. Written quotations are valid for 60 days

Description and images

The products displayed have details of their main features, however, it is not always possible to list their complete specification. Full product specification is available on request. Images, where shown, are representations of the products offered by Sports Facility Equipment. All images, their colours and styles are intended to be a fair representation of the product offered but may differ from those of the actual product supplied due to image quality or availability.

Orders and payments

Payment can be made for all orders placed on line via our secure online payment provider using Visa, Master Card, Delta or Switch. Purchase Orders are accepted so if you do not wish to purchase on line you can contact our office. Other ways to pay are cheque or BACS transfers, in which case goods will be dispatched upon us receiving full and cleared funds.

Payment terms for credit account holders are strictly 28 days from date of invoice. You can apply for  a credit account by contacting us.

Carriage and Delivery

Carriage charges are dependent on item/s ordered and will be confirmed prior to your order being processed. Carriage paid goods are stated and cover Mainland England and Wales only. Scotland, Northern Ireland and UK Islands will be subject to higher carriage rates and will be advised before we process your order. Some larger items, particularly those that require professional assembly and/or installation are subject to individual carriage. Please contact us for a quotation on delivery costs if required. Whilst we make every effort possible to adhere to any agreed delivery schedules we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to circumstances out of our control. All deliveries must checked and signed for on receipt.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

On receipt of your goods from Sports Facility Equipment, please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Orders delivered by courier and NOT signed for as damaged will not be valid for a claim. Such reports/damage claims can be emailed to sales@sportsfacilityequipment.co.uk  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of receipt please contact us to arrange return and inspection. We will exchange or refund the item provided if it is as new and has no faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect. For goods that develop a fault after 28 days please see our warranty statement below. 

Returns

When goods have been correctly supplied and delivered as ordered but are no longer required, returns will only be accepted with our prior agreement. Items for return must be in an unused and re-saleable condition upon receipt back to an agreed address. There will be a minimum 15% handling and re-stocking charge applied. Larger items will be subject to a minimum handling and re-stocking charge of 20% plus the cost of return carriage

All bespoke and made to order products are non-returnable

Warranty Statement  

Sports Facility Equipment shall make good by replacement or, at its own option, repair any failure in the goods supplied and/or services which, under conditions of proper use and maintenance, results from defects in our manufacture, design, materials or workmanship and which appears not later than 12 months after the date of completion of installation.

General conditions of guarantee:

  • The buyer shall have paid for all goods and services.
  • The buyer shall allow full access to the allegedly defective goods.
  • The defect will not have been caused by wilful damage, dirt, neglect, miss-use, accident or abnormal working conditions or normal wear and tear.
  • The buyer has to notify Sports Facility Equipment in writing of any defect or suspected defect within 30 days of the same coming to the knowledge of the buyer

Unless stated all products and services supplied come with a minimum of 1 year warranty. Some products are supplied with extended guarantees will be stated for each individual product description.

Complaints procedure

In the event that Sports Facility Equipment fail in meeting their intended high standards of customer service, an email should be sent to sales@sportsfacilityequipment.co.uk or made in writing using Royal Mail and addressed to Customer Services.

Please provide as much detail of your complaint as possible, including product details, dates and times of communication with our company as applicable. We normally respond to all complaints within 3 working days

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
